Assessment Services

Dr. Marin’s assessments are designed to be supportive and collaborative. You don’t need to worry about answering endless confusing questions on self-report measures or digging up old relationships to provide extra information on your history. Using her interview-based protocol and years of professional experience in working with neurodivergent adults, she guides you through an exploration of your history and current experiences, looking for the nuances of how neurodivergence can present across individuals, gender expressions, cultures, and age groups. The final session will thoroughly cover diagnosis - any diagnoses that are identified relating to the type of assessment you choose, any incidental diagnoses that come up in the course of the assessment, and any hints at other possible diagnoses that you may want to explore further. The goal is to leave you with a clear understanding of the outcomes of your assessment and provide you with any necessary resources for additional support.

All assessments come with a brief diagnosis verification letter. This is different from a full Psychological Evaluation Report, which some institutions require for granting accommodations. If you are seeking accommodations, be sure to check with the company or institution for their requirements prior to starting a diagnostic assessment.

Virtual services are available in CA, TX, and PSYPACT participating states.

In-person services are available in Austin, TX.

Dr. Marin is not paneled with any insurance companies, but can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement based on your plan.
